Refund policy
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returned products must be in their original packaging, clean and unused, and undamaged and returned to R.O.A.D Overland within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for exchange or refund options. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required. Exchanges and refunds are only available for purchases made within Canada, and not international orders. Exchanges and refunds do not apply to clearance priced products. Refunds for returned products will be processed, subject to inspection and approval of the products once received by R.O.A.D Overland. Note: The shipping cost that was processed for the initial purchase of the product, as well as the third party processing fees, is non-refundable.
Return, refund and exchange process:
- Please contact R.O.A.D Overland to request a refund on an item within 30 days of purchase at: contact@roadoverland.com. Please state the reason for your return request, as well as attach the proof of purchase to your inquiry (receipt).
- If R.O.A.D Overland approves your request for a return, shipping instructions will be provided. Note: You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item to R.O.A.D Overland. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to select shipping options that will deliver products within 30 days of purchase date. Note: using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance is recommended.
- Once R.O.A.D Overland has received your returned product; you will be notified by email as to whether your item is approved or rejected for a refund or exchange.
- If a return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- If a product refund or exchange request is rejected, and the customer would like the item returned to them, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the cost of return shipping.
