SHIPPING POLICY

• R.O.A.D Overland strives to get smaller products prepared for shipping within 2 business days.

• Shipping preparation can take 4-7 business days for larger products that require freight. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping preparation for in-house fabricated products that are out-of-stock or are custom orders. Contact R.O.A.D Overland for more specific shipping timelines for these type of orders. Freight shipments tend to be less costly when receiving address is a commercial location that does not require a lift gate.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping quotes are not always accurate.  If  the actual shipping cost results in being substantially lower than the quoted shipping cost that is calculated for shipping at checkout, we will issue a refund for the balance. If our website calculates a shipping price that is  lower than the actual shipping cost, we may contact you with some other options, or ask you to pay the balance. 

• If your order only provides pick up in store as an option, this may be due to the larger dimensions or weight of the item. Contact R.O.A.D Overland for more details.

• If you are purchasing from outside of Canada, please get in touch with us, and we will calculate shipping on a per-order basis.

• R.O.A.D Overland is not responsible for errors in shipping duration or damaged product once the product is handed over to the third party shipping carrier.  If concerns about third party shipping, please contact us to discuss shipping insurance options.
